Fiserv LeMans Inc., and Remarketing Services of America Inc. (RSA), both units of Fiserv Inc., have announced the creation of “Automotive Finance Solutions from Fiserv,” a joint initiative offering combined automotive financial services and technology to the automotive finance industry. The announcement was made at the Consumer Bankers Association’s 22nd National Automotive Finance Conference in San Diego. Automotive Finance Solutions combines the core competencies of Fiserv LeMans, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, and RSA, headquartered in Amherst, NY. Fiserv LeMans is the former Le-Mans Group, which was acquired by Fiserv in 1998. Fiserv acquired RSA in 2001. While automotive lenders may still contract for individual services with Fiserv LeMans and/or RSA, Automotive Finance Solutions allows lenders and lessors to choose an integrated set of solutions. Automotive Finance Solutions will provide application capture, credit processing, contract verification, lease and retail accounting, like-kind exchange, customer service and retention, title management, collection management, creative campaign marketing, lease maturity management, strategic vehicle remarketing, recovery accounting and management, data warehousing, and additional custom-tailored services designed to enhance client profitability.
