With EZ Maintenance 2.0, any size company can reap the benefits of a maintenance management software program thus reducing their overall vehicle and equipment operating costs,” said Bill White, president of TMS. White added, “There is no limit to the number of vehicles and equipment it can handle. EZ Maintenance 2.0 is a network/multi-user ready, Windows-based software product designed to schedule, track, keep histories of, and produce work orders for all maintenance on any type of vehicle or equipment.” “In order to keep EZ Maintenance 2.0 affordable for all size fleets,” White states, “there will not be a price increase even though there are many new features included with version 2. It is one of the most complete and affordable maintenance management software programs available today. Will handle an unlimited number of vehicles and/or equipment.
Network/multi-user ready out of the box.
Operates on any Windows platform from 95 forward.
Can generate over 80 reports, more now with Version II.
For specialized needs, a link to Excel will be standard.
Equipment can be categorized by location, type, serial number, VIN number or license number.
Information is entered only once, dropdown menus or “auto-fill” are available.
Can be installed on any Windows or Novell network.
Technical support packages are available.
Maintenance can be scheduled for up to a year in advance.
Vehicle module can track tire mileage and rotation.
Will track driver information, expiring licenses, health checks & driver incidents.
It will schedule equipment by date range, day, week, month, and soon by hour.
Produces work orders which contain "how to" maintenance instructions.
Records total parts cost, total labor cost, and total down time for each maintenance event.
Produces history reports for any selected vehicle, equipment, or tire.
Allows for the bar coding of items to be maintained.
Can be quickly and easily implemented by non-computer specialists.
