INDIANAPOLIS – EnerDel, the advanced automotive battery systems division of alternative energy company Ener1, Inc., will participate in Globe 2008, a leading biennial environmental conference put on by the Globe Foundation that will for the first time dedicate a large segment to the future of the automotive industry and specifically the lithium-ion battery.
Globe 2008 will incorporate into the conference — which will gather thousands of corporate executives, government decision makers, and leaders of the environmental industry in Vancouver, Canada, on Mar. 12-14 — an event titled Auto FutureTech Summit 2008. The Summit will reflect the level of innovation occurring in the auto industry, which is engaged in a process of reinventing the automobile.
