With this victory, Emkay earned their third Gold Stevie award in the last three years. They were also announced as a three category 2013 Silver Stevie Award winner for Contact Center of the Year, Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year, and Customer Service Department of the Year. Emkay was awarded these prestigious honors against thousands of entries from organizations of all sizes across virtually every industry.
