EMKAY competed against hundreds of other companies to achieve this great honor.

The evaluation for the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces program is based upon direct feedback from employees in an independent survey coordinated through Workplace Dynamics. This survey along with the question and answer sections reviewed all aspects of the organization. As a whole, companies were graded based off of various criteria including but not limited to communication, direction, execution, conditions, pay and benefits, etc. EMKAY was ranked 7th overall in their category.
