Emkay Inc. has been selected as a finalist in several categories for the 2014 Stevie Awards for sales and customer service, the fleet management company has announced.

Emkay was honored as a finalist in the categories of customer service, training, and marketing for the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world's leading business award shows including the American Business Awards.

"At Emkay, we have a team approach to customer service and the entire team should be commended for their hard work and dedication to servicing our customers," said Chris Tepas, Emkay's executive vice president. "We take great pride in the marketing and training nominations. Those two teams have stepped it up over the last year, and they should be proud of their success."

Thousands of entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year's competition. Finalists were determined during preliminary judging where professionals worldwide selected the best of the best to be considered for a gold, silver or bronze Stevie Award. The awards will be announced and given out at a Feb. 21 banquet.
