Emkay Helps Support the Victims of Hurricane Sandy
ITASCA, IL - The EMKAY team raised a total of $10,613 that was donated to the American Red Cross in support of the Hurricane Sandy victims.
ITASCA, IL - Hurricane Sandy was a horrific event that affected millions of people across the east coast. In response to this tragedy that left millions of families including many of EMKAY’s customers, partners and friends, without power and many losing their homes and family members, the EMKAY family held an employee donation event to help support those who were affected by the storm.
The EMKAY team raised a total of $10,613 that was donated to the American Red Cross in support of the Hurricane Sandy victims.
“I have consistently been awed by the teamwork and generosity of the EMKAY family to help those in need. To watch the entire company participate in helping those affected was a humbling experience,” stated Greg Tepas, President & CEO for EMKAY Inc. “On behalf of myself and my entire team, I wish those affected by this tragic event a future of health and happiness and a quick recovery.”
