Wendy Kupper has been named a fleet manager at Element Fleet Management. She assumed this position in July.

Previously, Kupper was a fleet account manager at Siemens in Iselin, N.J., where she was employed from 2006 to 2017. Her responsibilities included the management of 1,500 sales and service vehicles for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, where she was responsible for the development and execution of strategic and daily operational business objectives to achieve best-in-class benchmarks and drive cost reductions.
