PRINCETON, NJ – Fleet professionals can save up to $100 off of their registration costs for NAFA’s 2012 Institute & Expo if they register before the end of the year. These early-bird rates offer savings of up to 75 percent off last year’s costs. Time is running out, but registration can be done easily online at http://www.nafainstitute.org

NAFA’s 2012 Institute & Expo will take place April 21-24 at America’s Center in St. Louis, MO. Conveniently located within 500 miles of one-third of the U.S. population, NAFA’s annual conference is the one event fleet professionals cannot afford to miss. Featuring more than 65 educational sessions and events, an Expo Floor with more than 250 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and services within the industry, and the opportunity to network with many of the brightest minds in the industry, the I&E is a must for veteran fleet professionals or those just starting out in the industry.

“The I&E brings fleet professionals from around the world together for four days of networking, training, and education,” explained NAFA’s Executive Director, Phillip E. Russo, CAE. “Attendees have the opportunity to learn about the latest industry products and services through our Expo Hall, which contains more than 250 exhibitors. Bringing back just one good idea or service referral can be worth thousands of dollars in savings for their employer and more than cover the cost of registration!”

Since many businesses are still recovering from the recession, conference registration costs have been reduced from 2011 prices. In addition, conference attendees can now choose from numerous registration options ranging from single day passes, two-day passes, and full conference registration with or without meals. Fleet managers can even attend the Expo portion for free. The idea of customizing registration was developed based on input from fleet professionals who want to attend the fleet industry’s largest event of the year, but are working with reduced funding for travel.

Complete early-bird registration options include:

  • All Access Pricing (includes 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, reception, and admission to all sessions and expo)
    $469 – 4 days All Access; $269 – 2 days All Access; $179 – 1 day All Access

  • Education Package Plus (fleet managers only: includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, reception, and admission to all sessions and expo)
    $239 – 4 days Education Package Plus; $209 – 2 days Education Package Plus; $109 – 1 day Education Package Plus

  • Education Package Limited (fleet managers only: includes admission to all sessions, expo, and reception) $149 – 4 days Education Package Limited; $119 – 2 days Education Package Limited; $109 – Education Package Limited

“The annual Institute & Expo is created by fleet managers for fleet managers,” added Russo. “We believe this is our strongest educational offering to date.  There’s over 60 hours of fleet training, education, and workshops to go along with a tremendous Expo Floor. Last year’s Expo Floor was completely sold out with dozens placed on a waiting list for space and we’re already ahead of last year’s pace.  It’s clear that the industry believes NAFA’s I&E is the fleet event of the year!”
