Moser joined ADTS in 1991 as a part-time instructor, became sales manager in 1994, was named national sales manager in 2000, and promoted to VP in 2010. Moser is a frequent speaker at national conferences for groups such as the American Society of Safety Engineers, National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA), American Fleet Leasing Association, and Risk & Insurance Management Society. His articles on driver safety issues have appeared in numerous trade publications.
He has been active in the NAFA New Jersey and Philadelphia chapters. In 2008, he received the NAFA Outstanding Chapter Service Award.
Moser was an accident investigation and reconstruction specialist with the Lower Providence (Pa.) Police Department for 11 years prior to joining ADTS.
The award is one of the seven FLEXY awards, which were established in 2012 to recognize individuals who have impacted fleet in the corporate and public fleet segments during the previous year. Award nominations are reviewed by an industry panel consisting of fleet managers, fleet management company professionals, and members of the fleet industry to determine three finalists for each category.
The FLEXY awards are open to fleet professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada, regardless of whether or not they were members of NAFA Fleet Management Association.
