Donlen was awarded the 2016 Gold American Business Award for Employer of the Year in the transportation industry for its culture, employee programs, and employee growth opportunities, according to the company.

Carlos Oropeza, director of marketing for Donlen, accepted the Gold Stevie award on behalf of Donlen at a gala ceremony in New York.
