Donlen Enhances Vehicle Information Center
In an effort to provide fleet technology solutions that help customers manage their fleets more efficiently, Donlen has streamlined VIC so customers can access tasks quicker through new action buttons.
Donlen has released the latest enhancements to its Web-based Vehicle Information Center (VIC).
In an effort to provide fleet technology solutions that help customers manage their fleets more efficiently, Donlen has streamlined VIC so customers can access tasks quicker through new action buttons.
"With the newest enhancements to VIC, customers will now be able to work even more efficiently, and their tasks and requests for services will reach their Account Manager quicker," said Jim Kachidurian, senior vice president of customer experience. "The added benefit customers will see is a decreased turn-around time to complete their requests."
In addition, we have rolled out a new transportation request process that is unmatched in the industry. To highlight the new benefits of VIC, Donlen has released a training video that is accessible by all customers.
Ultimately, these new enhancements are designed to help customers enter requests quickly and with fewer clicks. With this latest release, customers now have the ability to request duplicate or corrected registrations, insurance cards, transportation quotes, status of existing requests, and assistance from account managers without leaving VIC.
Donlen's VIC gives customers a complete online vehicle history. Account managers can track in real-time the complete status of a vehicle throughout its lifecycle, from order to disposal.
In addition, VIC contains scanned images of all documents pertaining to a specific vehicle, including purchasing, licensing, registration, billing, fleet management, vehicle remarketing, exceptions, and user-defined information. VIC makes it easy to track driver changes to a vehicle order, audit factory invoices, edit client data fields and update driver information. Customers can also send a message to their account managers without leaving VIC, saving administrative steps.
