NORTHBROOK, IL – Bob Zimmer, director of strategic consulting services and reporting architecture for Donlen Corp., earned World Class ASE certification for automotive professionals from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. He previously earned the Master-level certifications in 1987 and first achieved World Class certification in 1994. The World Class certification is a significant achievement, with only 99 currently held nationwide. Zimmer’s name is perpetually inscribed in the Automotive Hall of Fame in Midland, Mich. Zimmer has more than 18 years of fleet experience, the last 10 with Donlen. Currently, he leads the consultation services team, which is responsible for productivity analytics and the management and distribution of data, including ad hoc and exception reports on FleetWeb, Donlen’s fleet management Web site. He works closely with Donlen customers to ensure on-time report delivery.
