9:15 a.m.-10 a.m.: Welcome: Ron Sims, King County Executive, John Boesel, WestStart CEO, and Brian Wynne, Executive Director of the Electric Drive Vehicle Association.

10-10:45 a.m.: Keynote speaker: Terry Tamminen, Former Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency.
