The heavy-duty vehicle industry and fuel providers around the world, have struggled with oil price volatility brought on by higher demand, global insecurity, and dwindling supplies of “cheap” oil. At the same time, government and environmental pressure has further increased to produce cleaner products that both reduce emissions and improve fuel efficiency, further stressing demands placed on the industry.
