Chrysler has realigned the roles of several fleet executives following the appointment of a new top executive over the division, a spokesman told Automotive Fleet Wednesday.
The executive reshuffle follows Chrysler's naming of Tim Kuniskis to oversee its fleet division in November to replace Peter Grady, who left to head Maserati North America. Kuniskis added fleet to his responsibilities as president and CEO of Dodge.
Frank Dankovich has been named director of Fleet Sales, replacing Jim Sassorossi in that role. Dankovich had been head of Government Sales & Operations. Brad Davis, who had been responsible for Fleet Commercial Sales, steps into the role of head of Government Sales. Dankovich and Davis now report to Kuniskis.
Sassorossi becomes head of Fleet Service and Parts, reporting to Pietro Gorlier. Sassorossi replaces Jeff Sloan, who moves into the role of head of Fleet Commercial Sales. Sloan reports to Dankovich.
The appointments are effective Jan. 1.
