Chrysler Recalling Over 575,000 Pickups, SUVs and Vans
DETROIT --- Chrysler LLC is recalling 575,417 vehicles because long-term wear on the gear shift assembly could result in them shifting out of park without the key in the ignition.
DETROIT --- Chrysler LLC is recalling 575,417 vehicles because long-term wear on the gear shift assembly could result in them shifting out of park without the key in the ignition. The recall involves Dodge Dakota pickup trucks, Durango SUVs and Ram van models in the 2001 to 2002 model years. Also included are 2002 model-year Ram pickup trucks. Chrysler will begin notifying vehicle owners in January.
