AUBURN HILLS, MI - The Chrysler Group confirmed Sept. 2 it is considering two Fiat S.p.A. commercial vehicles to North America to replace the outgoing Dodge Sprinter, according to the Chrysler Group.
Chrysler officials reported the vehicles under study are the Fiat Ducato and Iveco Daily.
Mercedes-Benz announced Sept. 1 it would end its partnership with Dodge. Under the newly created Daimler Vans USA, LLC, Mercedes-Benz assumed responsibility for the sales, marketing, distribution, and service of Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter commercial vehicles in the U.S.
