Recognizing excellence in customer service and measurable success in marketing efforts, Triad Financial has presented Chattanooga Auto Auction with its “One More Bid Award.” According to Jay Lowy, vice president, vehicle remarketing for Triad Financial, Chattanooga Auto Auction received the One More Bid. Chattanooga Auto Auction is the first auction facility to be honored by Triad. While the auction has a long track record as an outstanding performer for Triad, the auction accomplished goals in several key areas over the past 12 months that demonstrated its support of the Triad Trust philosophy. The auction surveyed its customers to examine the implications of its arbitration policy on buyers, resulting in a change that now allows seven-day frame arbitration. The auction was also recognized for increasing brand awareness and dealer attendance through steady promotional activity, and received high marks for establishing high mileage vehicle checks and guarantees.
