The CEI Group Inc.(CEI) announced on December 31 that it has expanded its Direct Repair Network™ to include facilities that specialize in collision repairs to heavy equipment vehicles such as commercial trucks, farm trucks, buses, RVs, tractor trailers, and other specialty units. To date CEI has qualified and enrolled over 400 shops in its national network that service vehicles of this type and is seeking additional members. Launched on October 29 by CEI’s Insurance Services business, the heavy equipment vehicle network provides fully managed care services to improve cycle time and control costs, and features Web-based claims dispatching, training, and digital capability for viewing estimates and images. The newly expanded network also features licensed on-site and field appraisers who specialize in tractor trailer and heavy equipment vehicle repair and appraisals.
