CEI Promotes Trio to Senior Management
The CEI Group, Inc. has promoted Carol Gillespie, Kathy Latzko, and Jen Redanauer to senior director of operations and training management, vice president of human capital operations, and director of human resources and facilities respectively.

The CEI Group, Inc. has promoted Carol Gillespie, Kathy Latzko, and Jen Redanauer to senior director of operations and training management, vice president of human capital operations, and director of human resources and facilities respectively, the company announced.
Gillespie will take over as senior director of operations and training development. Gillespie has 30 years of experience at CEI and will handle day-to-day claims operations in her new position, including driver customer care center, claim workflow management, quality assurance, and training development.

Latzko has been promoted to VP of human capital operations. Latzko has been a part of CEI since 1986, and worked in management posititions in its human resources department since 1993. As VP of human capital of operations, Latzko will be responsible for implementing human resource management strategies to recruit, train, and retain CEI's workforce. She is also a member of the CEI Operating Committee and is involved with the operations planning of CEI.

Redanauer has been promoted to director of human resources and facilities. Rednauer has been with CEI since 1996. Her responsibilities in her new position include counseling management on employee-related matters, employee relations, culture and overall development, compensation and performance management, and workforce planning.
