The CEI Group has promoted Bob Glose to the role of senior vice president, where he will provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of programs directly related to the company’s operations
Glose, who has been with CEI for over 15 years, has served in several different roles within the company, including overseeing the company’s data network and infrastructure, as well as client services, according to the fleet driver management company.
He previously served as corporate vice president for the company, where he oversaw the planning and implementation of a new enterprise customer relationship management system and development of the CEI DriverCare Mobile app.
Since the acquisition of CEI by Element Fleet Management in January of this year, Glose has led the effort to integrate CEI’s accident and safety management technologies with Element’s overall fleet management operations.
“Bob has done a tremendous job managing our customer service delivery operations and contributed to growing our business,” said Claudia Smolda, CEI Chief of Staff. “He has demonstrated extraordinary competency at every level, and we are confident that he will continue to help us grow in this new position. Our company continues to grow, and with it, the need for proven leadership – as Bob has demonstrated – is paramount.”
