TREVOSE, PA – CEI’s Web-based ClaimsLink accident management system now allows customers to summon claims documents more easily through an accessible library of thumbnail document images. All scanned and digital documents — including appraisals, estimates, glass, rental, final repair and CEI invoices, photographs of collision damage, and police reports — can be called up with a few clicks from any ClaimsLink screen. When a user selects any one category of document, the system will display every document in the category as a thumbnail image. By clicking on any thumbnail, the user can summon an enlarged image for printing or easier on-screen reading or viewing. If the image is not the one the user wants, he or she can click out of it and immediately return to the display of all possible images.
