Conference sessions include “Changing Landscape of California Oil Consumption,” “Outlook for Collaboration in California,” “Demonstrating Success at the State Level,” and “How California Can Become a Model State for Transportation Energy.” At the conference, CALSTART will also present its “Blue Sky” Awards during the mid-day luncheon.
