California Freight Hauler Names Fleet Manager
John Garcia has been named fleet manager for Harbor Division Inc., a freight hauling company that has been transporting ocean containers since 1986. Based in Long Beach, Calif., Garcia joined the company in June.

John Garcia has been named fleet manager for Harbor Division Inc., a freight hauling company that has been transporting ocean containers since 1986. Based in Long Beach, Calif., Garcia joined the company in June.
Prior to joining Harbor Division, Garcia was the fleet operations manager for CFR Auto Direct in South Gate, Calif.
Earlier, Garcia worked for eight years as fleet operations director for Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology in Burbank, Calif., where he maintained national fleet operations of over 400 vehicles.
Garcia is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served from 2001 to 2005.
