Cadillac drivers will be able to sync their Apple Watch with an update to the myCadillac mobile app that's available now, the GM unit has announced.
The app will allow drivers to locate the vehicle, remotely start and stop, lock and unlock the doors, activate and cancel the horn and lights, and provide walking directions to the vehicle.
Some features require an OnStar subscription or factory-installed remote start. Cadillac is offering available Wi-Fi through OnStar under a partnership with AT&T, which provides the data plans. An unlimited data plan costs $20 per month.
