Bridgestone Corp. has named Yuri Okina to its board of directors among other senior management changes that must be approved at the tire producer's March 25 annual shareholders' meeting.
Bridgestone also named Masahito Tsuji as its corporate auditor. Previously, Tsuji was vice president and officer assistant to the vice president and senior officer.
Okina replaces Takao Enkawa, who is retiring to become an external advisor with the company, according to a company release.
