Brasher’s Northwest Auto Auction has been named one of four outstanding auctions in the country by Bank of America in 2002. The auction emerged from Bank of America’s annual remarketing survey with highest marks in all areas of evaluation, and is the only independent auction to be so honored. Howard Segal, vice president and national remarketing manager for Bank of America, reports that the auction was graded by both internal and external remarketing staff in the areas of retention, reconditioning, customer service, communication, marketing and promotion, and overall performance. “The auctions selected for this award consistently stand out in all areas of service provided to Bank of America,” he said. “It is this overall consistency that we recognize at those particular auction sites that enable Bank of America to meet its remarketing objectives.” Brasher’s Northwest Auto Auction is one of approximately 40 primary auction sites for Bank of America in the U.S. The auction holds a sale for Bank of America every two weeks at its Eugene, OR, facility.
