TORRANCE, CA – Bobit Business Media (BBM) and the National Association of Fleet Administrators, Inc. (NAFA) signed an agreement for BBM to produce the annual membership directory of NAFA members. The NAFA member directory will be incorporated in the annual Fleet Association Directory produced by BBM. In addition to the NAFA member directory, the Fleet Association Directory also includes a listing of officers and/or members for the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), the American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA), the National Association of Fleet Resale Dealers (NAFRD), the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA), the National Vehicle Leasing Association (NVLA), the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA), the Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA), and the Car and Truck Renting and Leasing Associations (CATRALA). “NAFA is the leading association for fleet managers and with Automotive Fleet and our other fleet publications serving this vital management area, we are pleased to provide the service of the printed version of their membership. We at Bobit are honored to strengthen our ties for distribution of data with NAFA,” said Ed Bobit, BBM chairman. “In addition, Bobit Business Media will provide electronic versions of articles published in back issues of Automotive Fleet and Fleet Financials magazines to be posted to the NAFA Web site for use by its members and affiliates.” “Our agreement with Bobit Business Media is a positive one for everyone involved, but the real winners are NAFA’s members and affiliates,” said NAFA Executive Director Phil Russo. “Automotive Fleet is a recognized, authoritative publication in the fleet industry, and Bobit’s other publi-cations are valuable resources for fleet managers. This agreement allows NAFA to provide direct access to articles in those publications without ever leaving the NAFA Web site. Our members and affiliates also receive additional exposure through Bobit’s annual directory, without losing the valuable benefit of access to an up-to-minute-accurate roster of members and affiliates on nafa.org. I know I speak for Ed when I say, ‘it’s been a long time coming’ since NAFA and Bobit worked together. It’s taken 20 years for us to strike a deal, but we hope this is the first of many good things to come for both of us.”
