Ed Bobit, founder and chairman of Bobit Business Media, and publisher of Automotive Fleet magazine and many other media brands, has taken a medical leave of absence following surgery on August 5 to replace two valves in his heart.
The surgery was successful, and Bobit is resting and recuperating. Due to the time, rest, and relaxation required to fully recover from the operation, he asked that well-wishers respect his privacy during this period and not send flowers, cards, e-mail, or call him, so he can fully focus on his recovery.
Bobit Business Media will provide future updates in Automotive Fleet’s enewsletter as he recovers.
