BMW Tops One-Month CPO Sales Mark
BMW reported April Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales of 6,204 vehicles, its strongest CPO sales month ever.
BMW reported April Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) sales of 6,204 vehicles, its strongest CPO sales month ever. April eclipsed the previous monthly record (5,702 units reported in August 2002) by more than 500 vehicles. Sales were up 16 percent over the 5,358 units reported in April 2002. Year-to-date, CPO sales were up 15 percent with 21,408 vehicles posted compared to 18,653 in the same period a year ago. BMW recently announced that it will launch an advertising campaign to promote the CPO brand. The campaign will include four television spots, as well as radio, print, and online ads, including banners on Kelley Blue Book’s Web site, www.kbb.com.
