AUTOsist has launched a platform to give fleet managers a better way to keep track of vehicle maintenance, fuel, and other important records, all via a mobile app available for iOS and Android.

The AUTOsist app, along with its desktop web portal, is a cloud-based system that gives users the ability to log and store important receipts, documents, and more. Everything syncs across multiple devices, making the app convenient to use. Fleet managers can easily assign vehicles to drivers and set various user level and privacy controls.

“Our goal is to provide a simple and affordable solution for fleet managers to help them reduce operating costs and increase efficiency,” said founder and CEO Zorrane Abdeali.

The app includes dedicated areas to track maintenance, custom notes, and more. Users will have the ability to set reminders that are sent via push notification and email, and can view recommended maintenance and recalls by odometer and/or time intervals.

Fleet managers can use the app to measure a variety of metrics, including spending analysis and MPG, and the ability to export data via Excel allows for easy customization. The system also enables quick access to key information through search and sort tools, and users can share data easily via email and export options.
