TORRANCE, CA – Automotive Fleet magazine is now accepting nominations for the 2008 Fleet Manager of the Year Award. The annual award, now in its 24th year, is sponsored by Automotive Fleet, Wheels Inc., and the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA). The award will be presented at the National Association of Fleet Administrators’ (NAFA) Fleet Management Institute, held May 3-6 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
The Fleet Manager of the Year Award was created to recognize an experienced and proficient fleet manager who has demonstrated special business acumen in developing and executing key management policies in all areas.
Qualified nominees who are full-time fleet managers, control a company-owned or leased fleet in excess of 100 cars and light trucks combined, and are recognized nationally among their peers for their unique abilities and accomplishments are eligible.
