Auto Financial Group Inc. has launched an online auto auction service, SmartCarAuctions.com, which will allow credit unions to remarket end-of-loan and repossessed vehicles. Auto Financial will enable credit unions to customize their own sites on SmartCarAuctions.com in order to market vehicles to members. Auctions will also be open to the general public. Site registration is free, and credit unions pay a fee each time one of their vehicles is sold on the site.
