Audi Sets Record for Best June U.S. Sales
HERNDON, VA - Audi reported sales of its 2012-MY A7 and A8 models were up in June.
HERNDON, VA – Audi reported its sixth record-setting month for 2011, with the automaker saying it has the best June U.S. sales in company history. The company said sales of its new 2012-MY Audi A7 and Audi A8 performed well in June.
Total sales for Audi vehicles increased 16.9 percent to 10,051 vehicles, up from 8,601 vehicles sold in June 2010. The company also said it saw an increase in sales of its clean diesel vehicles, the Audi A3 TDI and Q7 TDI. Of the total A3 sales, 46 percent were TDI models in June. Of the total Q7 sales, 34 percent were TDI models.
