Audi is showing its next-generation 2019 A8 luxury sedan at a special event in Barcelona today for a sedan that will enter its fourth generation as Audi's flagship vehicle.
About 2,000 guests from around the world are gathering to witness the debut of the sedan, which is expected to include multiple powertrains, new semi-autonomous technologies, and a long wheelbase model that's geared toward the Chinese market.
Audi will give a one-hour product presentation with 70 vehicles. It will also discuss efforts to bring additional features powered by artificial intelligence to make it easier for the vehicle's occupants.
Audi will continue building the current A8 model until the fall, when it will wrap up production.
