ARI ServiceSmart, an electronic fleet maintenance management tool, provides turf and landscape professionals with an easy-to-use, easy-to-learn, cost-effective tool that provides instant messaging alerts for required preventative maintenance, creates work order records for historical tracking and adjusts on-hand parts inventory. Using ARI ServiceSmart, service team members can access automatically created and maintained fleet service activity records, including the history of all maintenance performed, recommended service, and related labor and parts costs based on odometer/mileage, hours of use or days of use. In addition, maintenance staff using ARI ServiceSmart will have 24 x 7 access to up-to-date, accurate manufacturer parts catalogs, diagrams, and technical documentation for the equipment they service.
