Mike Antich, Automotive Fleet's editor and associate publisher, is expected to lead the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association as president in 2021, AFLA has announced.
It would be Antich's second term leading the fleet association. He previously served in this role from 2008 to 2009.
Antich will join AFLA's board as secretary on Sept. 18 at the close of AFLA's annual conference that is now in its 50th year. That show will run from Sept. 15 to 18 in Phoenix.
"Mike Antich is a true visionary and one of the most recognized leaders in the fleet industry," said Dave Durepo, AFLA's current president. "Mike has helped AFLA evolve over the years into the great association we are today. More importantly, he is always looking into the future to make the organization better, and I'm confident that his second time through the AFLA officer ranks will help us advance exponentially."
Other changes to the board include Caroline Costello from Utilimaster elected as the director of allied service providers and Debbie Struna from Fleet Street Remarketing elected as director of remarketing. Kristen Napleton-Hrones from Napleton Fleet Group has been re-elected to a second term as the director of dealers.
