The Cherry Hill, N.J.-based AmeriQuest, a provider of fleet management services in North America that has recently been named to Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing private companies, is something of a pioneer among mid-market companies that are embracing spend management to transform their businesses.

Under the terms of its agreement with Ariba, AmeriQuest will implement a combination of Ariba Spend Visibility, Ariba Sourcing and Ariba Contract Management On-Demand.In leveraging Ariba Spend Visibility, AmeriQuest is looking to gain a clear and comprehensive view into its spend across categories and identify opportunities for savings. Using Ariba's sourcing solution, the company will working to drive these savings to the bottom line, and the contract management solution will be leveraged to create and manage contracts across categories and functions, including sales, marketing, real estate, legal, procurement and IT, as well as to drive compliance with those contracts.
