ALPHARETTA, GA – AmeriFleet Transportation announces the donation of $10,000 to the Georgia Special Olympics, the result of monies raised through a corporate event and the company’s annual golf tournament. AmeriFleet is the industry leader in total logistics solutions and transportation services to the fleet management and corporate fleet industry.
The company’s corporate event festivities included a pie toss where employees could purchase tickets to throw pies at upper management. A duck pond full of prizes donated from AmeriFleet vendors and other local businesses wanting to support Special Olympics added to the day’s fun.
“AmeriFleet is proud of our partnership with Special Olympics,” said John Norris, President, AmeriFleet Transportation. “We truly believe “you get what you give” and can think of no better place to give than in support of Special Olympics. As a sponsor, we have the privilege during the games to see first-hand the joy of the athletes, their friends, and families and all of us at AmeriFleet are in turn, enriched by the experience.”
“Embodying the corporate motto and mission “Doing More Than Moving Cars,” AmeriFleet has been a long-standing partner of Special Olympics Georgia for seven years,” Celestine Patton, Senior Corporate Relations Manager, Special Olympics Georgia. The company is one of our athletes most enthusiastic and biggest fans. Thank you AmeriFleet for Bringing Out the Champion in Special Olympics Georgia athletes!
