“We are extremely proud and excited to join forces with Auctions In Motion. George Pero and his team have built a company that has earned a national reputation as ‘the auction that comes to the dealer’ while providing superior service and competitive pricing,” says AAAG CEO Bill McIver. “AAAG has also met dealer’s changing needs with more than 10 mobile or ‘Private Label’ auction operations, making this a great fit with our overall corporate business model. The joint strengths and values of both our companies grow from an unsurpassed passion for customer service. This union will benefit our customers, partners and employees."

Auctions In Motion founder and CEO, George Pero, summarizes the key benefits of this agreement: “Auctions In Motion sought a well-capitalized partner with in-depth operational and strategic experience in assisting independently owned auctions to mature and expand. AAAG will allow us to develop the full menu of services we offer customers. We look forward to working with AAAG in the next phase of our growth.”

“Our customers are our most valued assets,” Pero adds. “We are proud to be a part of a talented group that shares our commitment to providing the best resources to support the ever-growing business needs of auto dealers.”
