Arthur Kappel, CAFM, was named director of fleet operations at cable provider Altice USA in Oyster Bay, N.Y., in June.
Previously, Kappel was director of fleet operations for Cablevision from June 2014 to June 2016. Kappel began his career at Cablevision as manager of fleet operations in June 2013.
Earlier, Kappel was fleet operations supervisor for Sprague Energy, a position he held from March 2010 to June 2013.
