FARMINGTON HILLS, MI — A.L. Hansen Manufacturing Co. of Waukegan, IL, was named the 2005 New Product Innovation Award recipient for its Jet Rack ladder racking system. The system was featured at The Work Truck Show 2005, held March 2–4 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The Work Truck Show was held in conjunction with the 41st Annual National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Convention. Introduced in 2004, the Award recognizes the best new product or product innovation among exhibiting companies participating in the New Product Spotlight program. Work Truck Show attendees were invited to vote, with the exhibitor receiving the highest number of votes winning the award. Jet Rack features a compact and modular design that allows users to easily store and remover ladder(s) in just a few seconds. As the country’s largest gathering of Class 1 through 8 commercial trucks and equipment, The Work Truck Show 2005 featured 460 exhibiting companies.
