ABC West Michigan has launched FasTraK, a new program that features auction-guaranteed vehicles. FasTraK currently offers GM, Ford, and DaimlerChrysler products in a four-week rotation schedule with each manufacturer’s products having a different week. The auction plans to use the open week to highlight imports.

To increase their marketability, each FasTraK unit is designated ABC Select, indicating the unit has been completely inspected and comes with a seven-day guarantee to the purchasing dealer covering all arbitrative items. The FasTraK lane is open to all buyers, both onsite and via the Internet using OnLine RingMan®. Following the sale, ABC West Michigan immediately moves any unsold FasTraK vehicles to FastLot, an Internet bulletin board, where they remain available for seven days.

Any franchise dealership may enter vehicles into the program. For example, DaimlerChrysler dealerships may enter DaimlerChrysler products for the DaimlerChrysler FasTraK week; Ford dealerships may enter Ford, Lincoln, Mercury products for the Ford week. All units entered into the FasTraK program must be 2000 or newer with less than 50,000 miles.
