2009 Conference of Automotive Remarketing Announces Keynote Speakers
TORRANCE, CA – Denny Hecker, chairman of Advantage Rent A Car, and Mark Mathews, director of used-vehicle activities for General Motors, will be the keynote speakers at the 2009 Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) in Las Vegas, Feb. 25–26.
TORRANCE, CA – Denny Hecker, chairman of Advantage Rent A Car, and Mark Mathews, director of used-vehicle activities for General Motors, will be the keynote speakers at the 2009 Conference of Automotive Remarketing (CAR) in Las Vegas, Feb. 25–26.
As an entrepreneur, Hecker believes that everyone has the opportunity to be educators of the world. Hecker will speak on Wed., Feb. 25, on “What Dealers Want from Remarketers.”
Mathews has more than 29 years of service at General Motors Corp. In his current capacity, he is responsible for all functions of GM’s wholesale used-vehicle auction operations, as well as the industry-leading GM Certified Used Vehicles retail offering. Mathews will speak on Thurs., Feb. 26, on “The Future of Auto Remarketing — What it Will Look Like.”
The Conference of Automotive Remarketing, in conjunction with the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA), Feb. 25-26, at Caesars Palace, focuses on the current and future state of the vehicle remarketing industry.
