Volkswagen Holds 2013-MY Fleet Preview
At its second annual new model preview, the automaker said fleet will play an important role in its growth in North America and provided attendees a chance to see and drive its latest products.

Volkswagen of America’s second-ever fleet preview was held June 18-20 at its U.S. headquarters in Herndon, Va. During the event, the automaker announced its ambitious plans for growth in fleet.

“We have an emphasis on growth in the U.S. and a commitment from Germany to get us where we need to be in North America,” said Thomas Meuser, general manager of fleet sales & remarketing.
The event started off with dinner at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum annex. Jonathan Browning, president and CEO of Volkswagen Group of America, was on hand to kick off the festivities, which included test driving the latest products at Summit Point Raceway, Summit Point, W.Va.
