Toyota Holds 2013-MY Fleet Preview
Toyota’s message is that it is back to full production and wants to grow its commercial fleet business.
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS) USA held its 2013 Model-Year Commercial Fleet Executive Meeting June 27-29 at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. A total of 150 fleet professionals attended the 2013-model preview.

A ride-and-drive included key fleet models from the Toyota product portfolio, such as the Camry gasoline and hybrid models, the expanded Prius hybrid lineup of Prius, Prius V, and Prius C, along with the RAV4 EV collaboration with Tesla Motors.
Dave Depew, corporate manager – fleet/TRAC/TCUV, kicked off the business meeting stressing that Toyota wants to grow its commercial fleet business. Other speakers included Don Esmond, senior VP, TMS Automotive Operations Group; Randy Pflughaupt, group vice president, sales administration, TMS; and Rick LoFaso, corporate marketing manager for TMS.
