Morgan recently began production in its 12th manufacturing facility in Plainfield, Connecticut, and previously announced plans to open an additional plant in the Midwest within the next several months.

Morgan Truck Body and its subsidiary, Morgan Canada Corporation, have acquired Multivans to increase its market share and growth in the region and aims to produce truck bodies that accommodate cargo of varying configurations.

Multivans, Inc., which is located in Ontario, Canada, will continue to operate as a separate entity as Morgan–Multivans Canada Corporation, according to the company.
