Courtney Sears has been named fleet administrator for the ADP North American fleet. She assumed this position in January 2017. Sears is based at ADP’s Center of Excellence in Norfolk, Va. She reports to Michael Bieger, senior director of global procurement for ADP.
Sears received her bachelors from Saint Leo University 2011 and, while pursuing her degree, worked in the hospitality industry. In 2015, Sears changed career direction with a position at Tidewater Finance Company as a remarketing coordinator for the repossessed vehicle inventory.
Sears resides in Norfolk. “I am a proud Navy wife of 11 years this April,” said Sears. “My husband is an aviation electrician on F-18 Super Hornets and has been stationed in Norfolk for the past seven years.”
Previously, Sears is from Newport News, Va., where her mother, father, and both grandparents were also born and raised.
