Kia is offering the upgrade as standard equipment on the SX-Limited model and as an option on the EX, SX, and SX Turbo. Four new UVO eServices have been integrated into the voice-activated system, including Geo Fencing, Driving Score, Speed Alerts and Curfew Alerts.

A version of UVO eServices without the four new features is available as an option on the LX and continues to offer a wide range of telematics and infotainment systems including My POI, eServices Guide, 911 Connect, Car Care Web, Parking Minder, and Vehicle Diagnostics.

The Optima's steering wheel buttons for cruise control have been repositioned on the right-side spoke. Kia is also offering a new black cloth option for the LX.

Engine and powertrain options remain the same. The 2015 Optima is available with a 2.4L four-cylinder or 2.4L turbocharged four-cylinder engine both paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.
